The movie "The Secret" has become an all time bestseller! People from all walks of life are praising it and believe it or not, also criticizing it. If you haven't watched it yet..you can do so at http://www.thesecret.tv/. The experts in the movie explain the Law of attraction in such a way that makes its so easy to practice:
Jack Canfield says:
Decide what you want, Believe you can have it, Believe you deserve it, Believe it is possible for you and then........close your eyes everyday for several minutes and visualize having what you
already want and feeling the feelings of already having it.
Come out of that and focus on what you're greatful for already..and enjoy it. Then go into your
day and release it to the Universe (God, Divine Intelligence) and trust that the Universe will figure it out.
What is also necessary for us to understand is that this will only work when we also apply the Law of Action. As it says in the good book Faith without works (action) is dead.
My mentor Leslie Fieger puts it this way, he says "You have to Do the Doing" You cannot meditate in a cave and expect things to manifest for you.
Ghalil another mentor of mine says: You have to demonstrate to the Universe that your intent is real. That you are clear in your mind, that is what you really want. You demonstrate by doing little things that show you are serious...For instance you want to travel to an exotic place and you do not have the money to pay for it. You would still call the travel agent find out the price, check the city on the Internet, get broschures, talk about your desire.
In short fill your mind with Images, your ears with talk, your mouth with words of your desire. See it before you go to bed, dream about it. make it the first thing you think about when you wake up. Then let go. Knowing that it is done. You will be very surprised how quickly you will attract the right people, money, the circumstances to make those desires come true.
Let go! Say to yourself when you let go...."Thank you God for helping me to understand that this challenge has already been solved for me!"

He says, you are free to call forth any reality that you wish and the fastest way to call anything forth is to give it to another. You cannot give to another something that you do not have, yet it is the giving of it that produces the having of it. Makes sense?
